At Ashley Stewart, we want you to love your curves and your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unworn merchandise with original tags in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring you include the packing slip.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
